Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah (born in India) is an Indian performer, singer-songwriter, and performer. Her main focus is Tamil as well as Malayalam films. Her acting debut was in the Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam in addition to her Malayalam debut with Annayum is in the film. Andrea Jeremiah comes from an Anglo-Indian origin. She was the daughter of a Madras High Court attorney. She also has an older sister who works as a research associate in Leuven Belgium. Jeremiah is from Chennai. She went to National Public School, and after that, she graduated Women's Christian College. Andrea was able to learn piano during her eighth year. When she was 10, she was an active member of the Jackson Five-style troupe called Young Stars which formed the basis of her first performing and music composition career. She appeared as an actor at her college in various performances hosted by The Madras Players or EVAM. She served as President of the Women's College's Student Senate. Andrea started her career in theatre by appearing in Girish Karnad's Nagamandala. In 2006, her role in the new leo Coffee advertisement was in the role of Shiva. She was also on Podhigai Channel on a TV show. Her performances have been all over India. She played a brief performance in Kanda Mudhal which was the 2005 climax. Gautham Vaisudev Menon performed in Vettaiyaadu's Vilaiyaadu. She was wanted her to take on in the role of a female lead on Pachaikili Muthucharam. Andrea was Kalyani the housewife whose husband is involved in an affair with someone else. Andrea was selected to play the role after Simran and Tabu both actresses were contacted by the producers. The movie was announced in the early part of 2010. Her minor role was accepted in Venkat's Mankatha in the year 2011, that starred several actors. Annayum Rasoolum directed by Rajeeev Ravi, the romantic comedy film that she premiered in Malayalam by releasing on the 11th of August, 2013.
