Lis Wiehl is an American lawyer and writer who used to be the Fox News analyst.
Her previous position was as Assistant Professor of Law at Law School at the University of Washington Law School. The analyst was a lawyer on National Public Radio's show along with the Radio Factor of Bill O'Reilly. She has appeared as a guest on The O'Reilly Factor and Your World With Neil Cavuto. The Kelly File, with Megyn Kelly and Lou Dobbs, along with the Imus Morning Shows.
Wiehl was born in Yakima, Washington, and she graduated from West Valley High School in Yakima. She has a qualification in law from Barnard College (1983), the Master of Arts in Literature Studies from the University of Queensland (1985) as well as she earned a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Harvard Law School (1997).
Wiehl worked as the US attorney in the United States. She worked as the legal correspondent for NPR All Things Considered. She served as the Chief Investigating Counsel for the Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee, during Clinton's impeachment. She was a law professor with an appointment in the University of Washington School of Law Seattle between 1995 and 2001. Wiehl is a Fox News analyst since 2001.
